Area of application

1. This Directive applies to single-use plastic products listed in the Annex, to products
made with oxo-degradable plastic and fishing gear containing plastic.

2. Where this Directive conflicts with Directives 94/62/EC or 2008/98/EC, this Directive shall prevail.
